Six Prayers of Dragon
This short is about a power conflict between a King and a pagan spiritual leader, called Teacher. It's set against an older world where the story of Christ is but rumors to barbarian tribes. The King is ambitious, worldly and accomplished, and the Teacher backpedals as he discovers his old ways do not work. As the King probes the Teacher's weaknesses by cleverly using the news of Christ as an explanation for his failures, the Teacher rallies traditionalists to his side. Both men think to count followers as swords but an unexpected crisis threatens a loss of their people's faith in either of them.
